Graupner mc-32 EX HoTT remote control (32 channels and 64 digital switches)
The Graupner desk transmitter mc-32 HoTT with its 32 channels is a high-end transmitter for real professionals and model makers who value maximum security, stable telemetry, intuitive programming and maximum functionality.
TAILORED TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS
The huge range of hardware and software features offers an almost limitless variety. Whether it’s functionality and switch assignment, the screen layout that can be customized down to the last detail, or the extensive voice output – you can adapt your station to your preferences and habits. And all without programming knowledge or thick manuals. Fast, easy and intuitive! The Graupner mc-32 EX is characterized by flexibility and configurability!
FULL CONTROL – FULL FUNCTIONALITY
The Graupner mc-32 EX HoTT has a real 32 channels in the basic configuration without additional modules! This offers you limitless functionality and control for any type of model. Choose from 5 different model types such as model aircraft (electric, combustion or turbine powered), helicopters, multicopters, vehicles and boats. Save your different models on one of the 999 model memories. 12 phases (levels) and 16 curve mixers can be programmed globally or depending on the phase.
Do you need more channels and the switches are going out? The mc-32 EX includes an additional 64 digital switches that are assigned and controlled with a simple tap using the widget menu. Create an almost infinite number of digital switch combinations, for example to control lighting or smoke, turn cranes or water cannons or simply do whatever comes to mind without running out of switches. If that’s not enough for you: if necessary, up to 7 additional switches can be retrofitted using a simple plug-in connection.
The logic switches (AND, OR, EQUAL, NOT EQUAL, AND max, OR max, XOR max, |A|>=|B|, A<B, A>=B, |A|<B and |A|> =B) with adjustable time delay and linear or digital switching output, encoder and combination switches also increase the variety of switching and control options enormously. Each of these switches controls the functions you want to implement depending on its switch position or the stick position. You decide how each individual switch should be named.
BIND UP TO 4 RECEIVERS AT THE SAME TIME
Connect up to four 2.4GHz receivers at the same time and set the division and distribution of the channels as desired. As an example, a 6-channel receiver can be installed per wing and take over the control of the ailerons, brake flaps, landing gear and lighting. All you have to do is connect the power supply to the individual areas and you’re ready to go. No complicated cable routing or expensive distributor is required! This ensures simplicity coupled with all the advantages of RF redundancy.
PERFECTLY MATCHED HARDWARE
The four-way ball-bearing stick units and the Hall sensors’ resolution of 2400 steps (which corresponds to a 0.5us servo pulse change) ensure a pure feeling of control over your model. The integrated 3-stage switches offer convenient switching of phases (levels), motor, autotrim or other user-definable functions. The units can withstand even bad weather conditions and are easily and conveniently accessible from the back of the transmitter in order to adjust them to your preferences.
The transmitter can also be equipped with 4D sticks. However, one of the two 4D encoders is then connected to the transmitter instead of the upper roller-shaped rotary encoder, which can instead be connected to any other free slot.
ERGONOMIC HOUSING
Did you expect a completely new design with the new mc-32 EX? The entire Graupner team unanimously decided against it without much discussion! The design of our desk transmitters was created in 2008 by a Swabian design office together with world champion pilots, who paid full attention to the ergonomics of the transmitter. Every switch and every controller is in the perfect position to the millimeter, which was determined in numerous studies with model sports professionals. And for long-time mc users, the new mc feels immediately familiar in the hand.
The mc-32 EX is encased in a sturdy aluminum frame. The switches, buttons and displays are in a high-quality plastic housing, which retains its pleasant feel even in extreme temperatures.
FULL POWER UP TO 10 HOURS
The mc-32 EX HoTT is equipped with a dual, redundant 2.4 GHz HF system. A circular patch antenna and a linear antenna ensure enormous signal quality and increased range. A long day full of fun is made possible by the included 9000mAh LiPo battery and allows you more than 10 hours of operation! The battery is also replaceable for hardcore pilots. So if you can go without sleep, you can get by for a whole day on 2 battery charges.
By the way: when you change the battery, it doesn’t matter which way the connector plugs are inserted. The mc-32 EX is protected against reverse polarity via the circuit board layout.
YOUR INDIVIDUAL TOUCH DISPLAY
The large 4.3 inch TFT touch color screen ensures convenient, easy and quick access to all the functions you need to set up your model perfectly for you. You have everything in view at all times! The display can be read perfectly even in direct sunlight. The highly optimized, graphical user interface acts like your smartphone and gives you access to all menus and functions. Fast and clear, powered by a high performance processor.
Intuitive touch and swipe operation makes navigating through the menus quick and easy. Design your own up to 6 screens to display important information or generate menu shortcuts – all with a simple tap on the screen. The self-created widget pages can be switched using the left buttons and a freely programmed digital button or switch.
The mc-32 EX HoTT contains over 100 widgets with which you can put together your screens the way you like. – without programming on the PC! Fast – easy – intuitive.
The menu can be set in German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Chinese and Korean.
EXPAND YOUR HORIZON WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
Do you need more data at a glance? A lot of our everyday lives are done via smartphones. We offer you the opportunity to integrate your smartphone into your RC experience. At the top edge of the aluminum frame there is a metal holder to which an optionally available smartphone holder can be attached. If your smartphone is securely inserted and connected via Bluetooth or USB cable, you can read important data during the RC action using the Graupner HoTT viewer app. The smartphone is positioned on the transmitter so that your eyes no longer have to deviate so far from your model. Thanks to the steep viewing angle of the cell phone, the display is still easy to read even in direct sunlight. The optional cell phone holder replaces the well-known mini display at the top of our old desk transmitter generations. In practice and numerous tests with model makers it turned out that this small display did not offer much added value. With your smartphone you get a larger, easier to read and more functional display.
HUGE VOICE OUTPUT
Hear what’s going on! The mc-32 EX HoTT offers almost endless possibilities for configurable voice output for the telemetry system and the transmitter status itself. Switch positions, flight phases, warnings, vario tones, telemetry information, user-definable voice output and much more. The mc-32 EX begins to interact with you from the moment you switch it on and informs you about incorrect stick or switch positions for the selected model. No surprises due to folding landing gear, revving engines or incorrect gyro settings. If necessary, the mz-32 will even inform you if you have forgotten to extend your landing gear, you are in danger of getting out of range or the battery voltage is getting dangerously low. These problems are a thing of the past! With over 600 language files installed, you get an incredible variety of combinations of voice output. If necessary, you can create as many of your own files as you want with a text-to-speech editor and use them as you wish.
WIRELESS TEACHER/STUDENT FUNCTION
The future of our beloved hobby belongs to the next generation. It is important to carefully introduce young people and newcomers to model sports. For the first RC attempts, it is a good idea to support the new pilot with a second remote control in order to be able to help or intervene in an emergency. All of our Graupner transmitters can be connected to each other with a teacher/student function. And it’s completely wireless!
ALWAYS UP TO DATE
Of course, as an mc-32 EX user you will be provided with the latest functions and updates. Completely free! As soon as an update is available and your transmitter is connected to the WiFi, you will receive information on the transmitter display whether you would like to carry out the new update at the push of a button. TIP: If you want to carry out an update, it would be advisable to make sure there is enough battery capacity or a direct power supply. However, if your transmitter runs out of juice during the update, that’s no problem either. The update can be continued at the same point.
QUICK HELP
Do you need help with programming or settings? You don’t need thick manuals or hours of internet searches! The mc-32 EX offers you help right where you need it. Each menu and option has its own help text available directly on the screen. Tap on the question mark and you will be shown the appropriate help and support. Would you like other help texts? The texts can easily be adapted or expanded. The mc-32 EX is there for you and gives you the opportunity to do what you want and what you love to do. Connectivity that takes you further!
