Extremely small and extremely light! Weighing only 1.8 g without cables, the MicroVario offers a high-quality TEK Vario with two pressure sensors and an accelerometer!
With a built-in high-resolution pressure sensor, the MicroVario realizes a high-quality vario via telemetry and also enables the use of compensation nozzles with the integrated TEK connection. This results in a vario function that indicates real rise and fall very accurately, regardless of the “stick thermals”. For an exact height measurement even when operated with a TEK nozzle, a second pressure sensor is installed, which provides correct altitude data regardless of the speed.
When using a TEK nozzle, the air velocity (airspeed) is also measured and displayed without any further sensors.
The built-in 3-axis accelerometer with a measuring range of up to 16 g provides information about the loads during flight.
All measured values of the MicroVario can be viewed live via our UniDisplay. Of course, all settings and alarms can also be conveniently programmed via the display.

The telemetry used in the MicroVario only needs to be specified once in the settings. This is done either via our PC program “SM MicroVario Tool” or with the UniDisplay. In the delivery state, HoTT is selected.
