RadioLink T8S Bluetooth 2.4GHz 8CH Transmitter w/ R8EF 8CH Receiver
T8S is an 8-channel gamepad-style transmitter for hobby modelers that you can use as a classic “handheld” 8-channel transmitter with joysticks, two switches, a button and a rotary encoder. When you connect it with a USB cable to a program in your PC or with the help of Bluetooth to an application in the smartphone with Android, it turns into an intelligent computer transmitter with which you can use basic functions such as reverse switches, mixer for flying wings and V-tails can be adjusted. It even has two freely programmable mixers. Thanks to these functions, it allows the control of a wide range of models: acro-motor models, gliders, multicopters, cars and other land vehicles and ships. It has a practical body that fits very well in the hand, with a design tested by millions of PC and console gamers of WoW, WoT, LoTR, D&D, LMAO, OPBH…
Controls: The main functions are controlled by precise joysticks with adjustable force using neutralizing springs. It is possible to convert the axle to the right or left for throttle. This allows you to choose stick modes 1-4, but the accessories also include everything you need to neutralize the gas controller for multicopters or tanks to the middle. The digital trims have an acoustic signal for the step sequence. They are slightly off-center and easy to reach. Additional channels can be controlled via two three-position rocker switches, a rotary encoder and a button. Switches can also be used to turn program functions on and off (after setting them on a PC or smartphone). The controls are assignable (with PC or smartphone).
Transmitter power supply: The T8S is equipped with a built-in LiPo battery that you can easily power with a micro USB cable from a PC or a USB power adapter.
Transmission system: T8S uses FHSS transmission with frequency hopping, which guarantees long range, reliability and interference immunity. It does not enable transmission of telemetry data.
Software: When connected to a PC or smartphone, you get a variety of channel setting options. You can retrieve existing settings from the transmitter, change them as needed and reload them into the transmitter, save them in a PC or smartphone, or load the settings saved there into the transmitter. The operating program or application has four menus:
SERVO monitor for servo travel display of all channels.
BASIC menu for setting reverse switch function, failsafe and servo speed.
ADVANCED menu for setting the dual rate deflections, ATTITUDE function (up to 6-level switch for drone flight modes), mixer for delta and flying wing.
SYSTEM menu for assigning channel sticks 5-8, joystick modes 1-4, adjustable acoustic low voltage warning of the transmitter battery and two freely programmable mixers.
Micro USB socket: used for updating the firmware and programming the transmitter with a PC.
Bluetooth: The Bluetooth connection is used to program the transmitter using an application in a mobile phone or tablet running the Android operating system.
