The F7F Tigercat from FMS is a highly detailed aircraft with a 1700mm wingspan that impresses not only with its scale appearance but also with its remarkably realistic flight characteristics.
Like the Real Thing
The F7F Tigercat features numerous scale details that make the model look like the real thing, both in the air and on the ground. Dummy engines, machine guns, rivets, a pilot figure, and functional LED lighting ensure an authentic look.
Powerful Propulsion
With its powerful brushless outrunner motors, two 60A brushless ESCs (with 10A UBEC), and a separately available 6S battery, the propulsion system delivers tremendous power for realistic flying action.
Pre-installed Electronics
The model is made of EPO foam and comes fully pre-installed, ready to fly right out of the box. Motors, ESCs, servos for ailerons, rudder, elevator, and flaps are all pre-installed. The robust metal retractable landing gear is also pre-installed. All that’s needed is a suitable battery and a radio control system.
Robust Construction
Thanks to its sturdy construction using EPO rigid foam, the model can withstand even the most hard landings. Damaged foam parts can be quickly and easily repaired with superglue. Generally, no glue is required for assembly. The electronics and landing gear are already installed, and the wings and tail surfaces are screwed together for assembly and disassembly.
