Description
Two-component epoxy adhesive with metal filler for reliable bonding and sealing of various metals and other materials; sealing of improperly drilled holes, damaged edges, cracks, etc. Easily sandable and re-paintable. Resists temperatures up to +120 °C.
Properties
- Mixing ratio: 1:1 (by volume and weight)
- Viscosity (after mixing): 20000–25000 mPa.s
- Working time (to gelation): ca. 4–6 min (20 °C to 25 °C)
- Glued parts can be handled: after 10–12 min
- Half strength: after 10–12 min
- Full strength: after 2–3 h
- Full cure: 16–24 h
- Density: 1.3 g/cm³
- Shear strength: 14–18 N/mm²
- Temperature resistance of bonded joint: -40 °C to +120 °C
Removing of excess uncured adhesive: cloth or paper towel moistened with denatured alcohol.
For use as an adhesive sealant: optimum gap width between glued parts 0.1-0.2 mm.
Suitable for bonding: metals, wood, plywood, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates.
Not suitable for bonding: soft and flexible plastics (incl. EPP and EPO), polyethylene, Teflon.
Storing: in a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of 10 °C to 25 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below 10 °C. Take care not to confuse the resin and hardener caps – even a small amount of hardener can degrade large quantities of resin.
Shelf life: under proper storage conditions, we guarantee a shelf life of 1 year while maintaining the above product properties
